This Privacy Policy explains how Cosmic Games and the developer team, University of the Incarnate Word senior graduates from the Animation and Game Design course (UIW ANGD), handle information when you play RabiesANGD distributed through the Epic Games Store.
The only piece of information RabiesANGD uses is your Epic Games display name. This is shown above your character during multiplayer sessions so that other players can recognize you in-game. Your display name is used only within the running session and is not stored once that session ends.
We do not collect or store personal information of any kind. We do not request, track, or retain your real name, email address, IP address, chat messages, payment details, or any other identifiable data. The Game has no analytics systems, marketing trackers, or third-party advertising integrations.
Multiplayer sessions are hosted on dedicated servers. You are not required to host sessions yourself, and your IP address is not shared directly with other players.
We do not sell, share, or transmit information to third parties. The only external services involved in operating RabiesANGD are those provided by Epic Games itself, such as authentication. Epic’s own privacy practices apply to the information they collect and handle through their platform.
